1. Description

PPGI steel plate is made generally by coating (roll coating) a layer on the substrate or bonding organic film and then baking into final plate. The color coated steel plate can be processed further into finish products, It is also called as "pre-coated steel plate" and "plastic steel plate".

Regular PE PPGI , excellent adhesion PE and steel, easy to shaping and molding, especially suitable for products molding many times. Many choices for colors and gloss, In general environments the corrosion using life can reach 5 years with low price. PE paint contain active group-OH/-COOH, it's easy to reach with other polyester compounds. The resistance to ultraviolet light and film pulverization performance is relatively week. Therefore do not apply to the heavy air pollution area, strong ultraviolet ray, hot and humid areas.
