Brief introduction: Using Hot Galvanized Steel Coil as the substrate, color coated steel coil is made by first going through surface pretreatment, then the coating of one or more layers of liquid coating by roll coating, and finally baking and cooling. The coatings used including polyester, silicon modified polyester, high-durability, corrosion-resistance and formability.

Features:Printing color steel use the technology of polychrome printing, It has the emulational pattern of different wood texture, stone texture, camouflage pattern and other indicidualized drwaings.

The color coating steel sheet line is designed by WISDR (Wuhan Irion & Steel Design Institute), which owns the advanced processing equipment, testing and inspection equipment and PLC automatic control system of Siemens. We have signed strategic cooperation agreement with Double-Tiger Coatings Limited Company which focuses on coating for more than 100 years, and have set up a public laboratory of coating, which lay a solid foundation to improve HK products’ quality.

Our products have a complete range of specifications and colors, we have a series of colors which are familiars with customers abroad to choose, as well as customized according to customer’s requirement. Wuhan and other cities in Hubei are our basic market, and our business is expanding to surrounding provinces.
